1st Course – Shaved Apple and Walnut Salad with Red Onion, Gorgonzola Cheese, Candied Walnuts, Shaved Apples and Lemon Honey Vinaigrette
2nd Course – New Orleans BBQ Shrimp – Sautéed Head On Gulf Shrimp over Jalapeño Cheddar Cheese Grits with NOLA BBQ Sauce
3rd Course – Wagyu Beef Braised Short Ribs – Wagyu Beef Short Ribs over Root Vegetable Mash with Garlic Roasted Broccolini and Red Wine Braising
4th Course – Pumpkin Spiced Panna Cotta with Housemade Dried Cherry Granola
